Lviv chamber orchestra "Academia". Garden of passions.

This orchestra is almost 50 years old, it was founded in 1959. And it has already spread the glory of Lviv school of string instruments far beyond borders of Lviv, borders of Ukraine, borders of frontiers among countries. Moreover, the art director, the conductor of the orchestra is the person whose name has also considerably glorified Ukraine in the world – Myroslav Skoryk. This collective sound so refined and easy that they may be – and are – the example for many, many musicians, conductors and, actually, orchestras. Fairly. The audio recording does not make it possible to see, but it seems that you see – inspired faces, fingers, eyes. The atmosphere is so sated, so palpable that there arises the sensations of being present there – one should only adjust the sound and close his/her eyes. And it is, you know, great, when one can so easily and deeply plunge into music. It is a high class.
