Perlyny klasychnoji muzyky. Ukrainian mp3 Collection. Volume 1. (Pearls of Classical Music) | | Track Reviews (0) |
|
|
The content of this disc could be conditionally divided into two sections: vocal and instrumental ones. And while the instrumental section is represented by only one album – Classical Music for Relaxation – the vocal section offers us three albums at once. However, one of them – namely, Pearls of Classical Music – in its turn, consists of sung and instrumental pieces simultaneously. Besides, you will find here the album "Old Russian Romances Performed by Ukrainian Musicians", which has not yet appeared on the pages of our web site. No doubt, as interesting album – it is not for nothing that exactly the Russian romance has long been appreciated as a separate bright phenomenon in the variety of classical music. Should I say that performed by Ukrainian masters, these songs sound wonderful – and could it be otherwise if the singers are Kostyantyn Ognievy, Vasyl Bokoch, Anatoliy Kocherga? Thus, for visitors to our shop the disc represented is a great opportunity to not only remember the pieces long familiar from previous releases, but also to touch upon a bit different aspect of favorite artists' creativity. In the end, music has no borders. Agree? Important notice! Record is made in mp3 format. All files names are in Ukrainian. Disclamer: All software proposed AS IS. We do not guarantee that it will be working on your PC. We have tested every CD on our PC and it works fine.

They once started as wedding musicians – however, they've managed to become one of the best folk and variety art groups of the western region of Ukraine. In the end, this is no surprise: "Lvivski Muzyky" used to release both sheer "acoustic", and even a capella recordings – that is, they did not limit themselves specifically to variety art limits.

Sophia Rotaru has not needed any special advertising, recommendations – songs in her performance continuously sound within an enormous territory, in hundreds of thousands of houses. But, whatever songs of the last years might be, you should agree – real glory was brought to her by songs sung as far back as in the 1970s and 1980s..

...there is so much positive things in this music as may be only in pleasant memories about one’s childhood. I have not remembered about childhood by chance, because it contains melodies, which were popular in different times, starting with 50-th and finishing with 90-th of the previous century. Most of us were children exactly in those time...

...the single gradually turns into the plural, and all through the process of the transformation we - stay in the space of extraordinary harmony and beauty. If you listen to all of that at one go, it will appear hardly possible to say for sure in which form of performance Ukrainian songs sound better, more expressive - in the solo or the polyphonic one.

As ever, the new disc from the series "Ukrainian mp3 Collection" offers us an interesting selection of albums - due to this the theme set in its title is covered most extensively. The direction of moving here is from the general human to the national. And, at the same time, from music composed several centuries ago - to melodies created in the 2nd half of the 20th century.

The kolomiyka must not comfort the unhappy one but, the other way round, mock at problems bitterly and frankly – so that once and forever one forgot about the desire to pity oneself complaining of wicked fate. In the end, this is just a sane approach, because tears, as known, cannot quench grief. Therefore, no wonder that here it is possible to hear a bitter word about politics, and about variety art, and about sport...

Fragile women, handsome men – and lyrical songs, in which love stories, due to a combination of female and male voices, appear more vividly, convincingly. Actually, all this is also true about songs performed by the duet Yaroslav-Na.

..the albums that you have already seen with us form the basis of this collection. Namely: "Wedding Tarantas", "Wedding Tarantas 2", "Wedding Tarantas 3", as well as "Feast Songs 2" by the group Express. However, the list of songs here is much wider – more than two dozens of other songs appear here.

Starting from the first album “Express” has chosen certain direction of development. The group attached its attention to Ukrainian drinking songs. Actually, it seems to be a rather conventional category, but there are also its smash hits, preferences and priorities.

Earlier, songs of the duet could be found only in various collections. It surprises even more considering that virtually no serious variety art festival can do without these two men – and it is already far not the first year that it is so.
