Quiet Jazz for Silent Night.

No doubt, I don’t know when and how you will listen to this disc. Personally I, for example, am listening to it right now. It is nearly seven o’clock in the morning here around me, a sleepless night has passed, the sun is rising – but it is almost invisible, because it is cloudy. Still, the clouds are not so thick. Among them a blue sky and golden rays come partly into view, and a light wind flies through an open window leaf. The same things happen to the music from this disc. There’s a general mood, as well as a soft and tender background. And in it, like in a gap between clouds, there are pellucid melodies, light moods, gentle patterns. Each new theme does not contradict to the previous one, but supplements and opens it, enriching it with some new nuances. You have the impression as if it were not a collection, but essentially an album – original, pleasant, joyous. And – calm.
