Sphingida. Origin. /digi-pack/

We already know that participants of the duet Sphingida are simultaneously founders of the music-recording house Sentimony Records. Which, in its turn, has already released two collections during the quite short period – and, thus, presented a dozen of interesting projects to the audience. Naturally, compositions by Sphingida are also represented in these collections. It is also natural that, in fact, the first album released by Sentimony Records is exactly the debut album by Sphingida – in the end, who else could they risk? Only themselves. However, considering the quality of the material, the risk does not seem too high – it could be seen even in the collections that Sphingida was quite able to keep its place under the sun. And from now on that causes no doubt. Ten compositions (by the way, none of them appeared in the abovementioned collections) – so different, but also so similar. The difference is in details: melodies, rhythms, the general structure. Similarity – in that all the tracks have avoided monotony, the structure is not monotonous, there are frequently some turns, development. But – fluently, softly, elegantly. And another common feature is the mood. A very pleasant positive charge can be felt all through the album. There is something from trance, chill-out – but these are not stiff forms, that is something flowing and friendly, with which it is identically sweet to do something, and nothing.
