Dazzle Dreams. All Projects on mp3.

Currently, Dazzle Dreams has not that huge discography – two studio albums, one concert DVD. Nevertheless, currently this group is already one of the highest-quality and most interesting pop-electronic Ukrainian projects. Not in the last turn, presumably, because it skillfully intertwines ethnic motives into its compositions – and not only Ukrainian ones. However, it sings its own texts, and this is also a benefit. Besides, on this disc you will find two more albums directly related to Dazzle Dreams – although they were released under other names. And each of them is, one can say, a separate and a more complete implementation of those basics that music by the project consists of. Consequently, Dazzle Dreams Sound System is a side project, in which exactly the ethnic constituent plays the leading role. And these are not just studio experiments – this is music created on the material of field records done by the musicians (in this case – in Nepal). Well, and Molotov 20 is an individual side project by Sergiy "Shura" Gera, and here there are already virtually no ethnic motives – though there is modern, and hard enough, electronic music in its pure form. Thus, the collection represents four albums – and they cause rather different feelings, this is true. But, we believe, this is for the better – it is always interesting to observe how different creative displays of the same people can be.
