For what Dymna Sumish does – both during performances and on albums – there is only one explanation: everything is maximally honest. In view of the ten-year experience and, starting from now, the already three-volume discography, this consistent honesty looks, in fact, heroic. Although the guys scarcely think about themselves under such sauce – there are things much more important that digging up in one's own "star". For example – good recording of interesting music. The third album by Dymna Sumish became the first one that this group created in a studio by accumulating and combining separate parts – if you remember, the first two discs were recorded at a concert performance and, accordingly, in the format "live in studio". Due to this, the previous albums sounded cool, saturated, driving – and as rough as needed. The more pleasant it is now to note that the album "Dymna Sumish" sounds no less saturated, driving, rough – but also surprisingly pure. To the extent that it is in general possible in grunge, sure. One can also hear well all instrumental lines, and the lyrics – in alternative music this, unfortunately, is far not a common thing. And considering what great semantic, emotional, social charge the group's texts contain – this transparency in sounding turns into a very substantial virtue. Make sure yourself, the new album, in spite of its "studio" nature, is able to bring to the listener no less joy than Dymna Sumish's performances, while the live pulse – has been preserved for one hundred percent!
