Forgotten Symphony. 7%. (EP).

At first sight, it might seem that Forgotten Symphony practices rather aggressive music. But, if you listen more attentively – a somewhat different impression is gradually formed. In the end, a hint is offered by the group itself when it determines its own music with the word cosmocore – they could hardly mean here total combination of all the style branches with the particle "-core" in their name. Rather – it is about searching for the center. And not so much cosmic as the individual one. As a result, sounding of the disc looks like illustration of the conclusion that the core of a person consists of feelings. Strong – and far not always lyric ones. Hence tension, speed, harsh emotions – but these are still paints. Because from within that very lyricism looms – it is impossible not to notice it. And, as "7%" is a debut disc – it is highly probable that already in its next work Forgotten Symphony will appear in quite a different image, will apply quite different musical means for reflection of its feelings and thoughts. At all events, the debut disc testifies to that the group has good potential for moving in any direction, from progressive to pop-rock. What will happen next – we'll see..
