Once, I remember, my friend and I were distressed about that "Ocheretjany Kit" did not manage to issue an album of kolomyikas – and all that was so strange and driving, hey-hey! And then I somehow have not heard anything about "O.K." for a long time. However, they did not disappear anywhere, they continued playing and wandering, I just did not hear them. And now you have under your eyes – one of the best discs of the recent months, and it will bring pleasure to many people of the Earth and suburbs. First of all, probably, to those who are not indifferent to folk-rock elaborations, as chumaks’ songs form the basis of the album. But here, you find not only folk and rock – this music is deeper than my words. It smells the sun, it shines with salt, it smiles in sun burnt wrinkles. It carries as it is and in itself hot way, where cars do not go, but where they walk barefoot, and dust, and feather grass, and wind, and silver water – for it’s sonorous. And everything here, on the disc, is so pertinent and harmonious that it is even hard to believe it, and it becomes very joyful. The song shines itself – and it shines for people. So softly that one does not even notice at once: chumaks could not sing about electric trains and radiohead. And when you notice, there is no discord – as all that is alive and loves what’s alive. You love as well.

It was planned that this disc would only be sold at concerts, but now "Freakish Power" can encounter us anywhere and anytime, and this is – incredibly good. Another fragrant brick for Podillya foundation... I sincerely advise you to cast away umbrellas and the rest of protection means – otherwise there is the risk of just failing to contain.

If "Trip", quite in line with the title, can be defined as a recording of trips in space and time, "Demydivsky" album looks like an attempt to stop and go deep, realize the time and space, in which you are here and now. And considering the specific manner of the group, it follows that "here and now" is somewhere out of space and time..

11 tracks, but they are somehow so saturated and diverse that it may seem there are twice more of them. First, there are both author's and folk texts there – and some author's ones really resemble folk songs, this is a compliment.. And second – within one album, actually, three manners and ways of performing are mixed: skilful "folk" singing, powerful ethno-rock and the "acoustics"..

Actually, "Songbook" can be described with one word – "fusion" – but only because this word has such an extensive, universal meaning today that it covers, well, virtually everything. I would not like to speak here in a lot of detail about the ability to combine the green with the hot, and the fretted with the tart – these specific features have acquired even more expressive outlines from the times of the debut disc. Propala Hramota boldly creates modern folklore – do not be too lazy to listen to the lyrics, this is a really important decoration of every song.

Понравилось почти все, рекомендую всем, кто колеблется. Логически содержимое альбома можно разделить на 3 части: полностью собственное творчество, на стихи Секретарева, "чумацкое и коломийки". В каждой части для себя нашел что-то новое, доселе не изведанное, но интересное, а главное - близкое и родное. С оценкой VoVka песни "Радиохед" не согласен, т.к. мне понравилась. Я тоже иногда чувствовал себя одиноким, это очень хорошо музыкантам удалось передать. В такие моменты важно не впасть в уныние, перевести вектор сознания на что-то сильное и светлое - и именно так завершается песня!

Не можу сказати, що у захваті, мабуть просто не моя це музика. Можливо, трохи відштовхнула досить суттєва схожість на ДДТ. Хоча все дуже якісно, слова не висмоктані і тільки можу радіти, що у нас є таки гурти.

А мені взагалі дуже подобаеться гутр"Очеретяний кіт",як випадає можливість намагаюся відвідувати концерти.Визнайте-жива музика це краще ніж запис.(Хоча "Мандрівку в Косаківку" слухаю з задоволенням ще з Шешор 2006)
Хочу побажати "котам" більше творчої наснаги,багато нових альбомів,і частіше приїжджати в Чернівці-ми вам завжди раді.
Найбільше сподобались пісні"Тихо падає спіг","Електричка","Простір" та інші..

Пісня "Електричка" взагалі сповнена глибокого сенсу.Адже люди,приходячи додому часто відчувають себе не в своїй тарілці.Вони дома,але бездомні.Оригінильне оформлення і звучання.А головне-слова...

...Радіохед(11) я б викинув, і не із-за того щоб сумарно треків було щасливе число 12 (а не 13), а щоб не перескакувати цей трек. Та бачте "Очеретяні коти" мене спитати забулись - не моє це діло.
А так, якось незвичайно, дуже подобається увесь альбом! (Майже "ВеВе - в плані що, майже ніодного прохідного треку!)
Для мене це відкриття року - нічого подібного я й несподівався колинебуть почути. Ну ні на кого не схоже!
І, шановний (той хто пише тут так гарно про всі диски) як це: "свій диск коломийок хлопці так і не видали"? Що ж це у мене за ще один диск "Камышовий кот""Коломийки"?.. Правда яка різниця, бо я насилу його до кінця дослухав. Не сприймається. В меншій мірі, але не "догнав" я очеретяного і на етно-фестивалі "Країна мрій 2005". Може через те що вперше чув...
Але саме CD"Мандрівка в Косаківку" - це КАЗКА!!!
(От якби ще загальний рівень гучності був вищим, як у більшості нормально записаних CD, а то збірки робити не зручно - перепади великі. От такі ось технічні зауваження.)
