There are already quite a lot of various discs with Ukrainian folk tales – but no new collection would be superfluous, for we do have a lot of fairy-tales. And this disc comprises quite a lot of them – more than three dozens. They are performed in a curious way: first, in every fairy-tale, apart from voices, a lot of folk melodies, as well as other sound decorations are used – creaking of a doors, birds singing, rattle of various domestic appliances, etc. The voices are also a specific decoration, because the creators bothered to invite for performing men, and women, and children. All of that together, sure, attributes the fairy-tales with a greater volume, expressiveness. Well, and the very content of the release attracts attention – because alongside with habitual, widespread fairy-tales, there are those that you won't find on other discs. In this sense, for example, the fairy-tale "Sirko" immediately catches one's eye – the majority know it after the wonderful cartoon "Once There Lived a Dog", however for some reason it is rarely included into regular fairy-tales collections. If you look at the list, you will find a couple of other such not too widespread examples there yourselves. We think therefore that this collection will find its grateful listener.
