If earlier the CD babysitter offered us just fairy tales (though not really simple ones), now you have two disks of an encyclopedia. But it absolutely does not imply any dry language, lifeless voice, pale narration. No, it is on the contrary. This encyclopedia is, actually, a long fairy tale. Not just long, and not just a fairy tale – since it includes arithmetics, geometry, exercises with colors, as well as some facts from history, biology, geography, etc. And, certainly, a lot of things taken from imagination. Therefore, all the knowledge, all the examples here are presented in the form of a game, a fairy tale, an adventure, in which one can take part - and not just listen about it. However, even if one just listens, it is also nice (that is why this disk can be played for even very small children). Here, you have music and birds’ singing, and the sound of the sea, and singing of the wind. But the main thing is the voice, the intonation of narration. In it, there is sincerity – and no false smile. I think, one can say that Natalka Butovaja – both the text’s authorship, and the sound track are to her credit – has done her best again.
