Solomija. Nasnylos'... (There Was a Dream...)

In spite of a rather variety wrapping, there appears the feeling that you listen to not ordinary variety art, but something similar to city romance. The more so that under the wrapping quite a lot of shades are hidden, which turn listening of the disc into something more interesting than simply entertainment. Possibly, the key to it is the manner of performance – it seems to me that one recognizes a city dweller at once. There are some special intonations in the singing... Besides, as far as I understand, Solomiya is the author of all the lyrics here – Solomiya Sozans’ka. And, consequently, not only vocal, but also semantic intonations belong to her. And once again you make sure – nobody can write about a woman as a woman can. Words used by men and women seem to be the same – but their essence is completely different , different accents. However, the more such differences there are – the more interesting it is to watch, listen, understand... In the end, the more attentively you listen – the closer you come to that invisible line where these absolutely different planes intersect. And – turn into something complete, integral.
