When an opera singer, especially an outstanding one, starts to sing folk or pop songs, it is always pleasant and interesting to listen to him. This is because the presentation level is really unsurpassed – and this means that even well-known and already favourite songs sound as well as human voice can only perform. Actually, we’ve already had an opportunity to make certain of Volodmyr Hryshko’s talent to sing not only opera arias, for example, while listening to his album "To all mothers dedicated…" So "The songs of the heart" can be considered as a sequel to his previous work, because here you can find a collection of real pearls – the songs Ukrainian variety has been proud of for many years.
