This multimedia compact disc contains a lot of things - the content of “KOBZAR”, the poetry of Taras Shevchenko performed by far-famed masters of recitation (H. Yura, A. Palamarenko, N. Kryukova, N. Uzhviy, M. Sadovskyi…) and singers (O. Petrusenko, I. Patorzhynskyi, D. Petrynenko…), music of M. Lysenko, K. Stetsenko, P. Maiboroda, M. Sparynskyi and other composers, as well as their creative biographies. It is for the first time that you hear the poem “Haidamaky” performed by the Lviv Maria Zankovetska Theatre. It also contains a photo-report from Chernecha Mountain in Kaniv.
This compact disc is meant for the general public. It will also be useful for students and schoolchildren who study the creative activities of our Genius – Taras Hryhorovych Shevchenko.
