"Jazz music, by definition being in a permanent creative quest, at the same time possesses surprising tolerance and is not afraid to look back, at times becoming a sort of a museum-piece. The music represented on this disc suggests that we rewind the tape of history for about 50 (and more) years back and plunge in the times when (wonder!) music instruments were still the key transmitters and sources of music. The city of Cherkasy, due to presence there of two remarkable collectives – Cherkasy Jazz Quintet and the Chamber Orchestra of the Regional Philharmonic Society, is one of "oases" of acoustic music in Ukraine. And the attempt at collaboration of these truly bright collectives and, as a result, recording of this disc are fully logical and long expected. Original acoustics of the Organ Hall of Cherkasy Musical School became a pleasant "seasoning". There, without the fear of "roughness" and absence of "perfection", this recording was made "live"..." This team worked for some time at the ocean liner "Amadea", hence, actually, and album's title. While internally – the same minimalism, but flavored with imagination and endurance simultaneously.

There is space for everything here – atmospheric electronics, funk, the decorations in the form of two very different but also very expressive female vocals, to say nothing about the wonderful instrumental improvisations, an so on, and so forth.. until it becomes clear that the style limits are only needed to be overcome.

This album is the last one in the Jazz Impression discography, because in 2008 Anatoly Alexanyan, sadly, passed away. But in some way it is also the first one in the Jazz Impression discography... "OrganiZZmo" really successfully combines Latin American and European colors of jazz – absorbing the life-asserting sunniness of the former and the thoughtful precision of the latter, it does not attribute decisive advantage to any of them.

From the first seconds, the album tunes one into attentive perception – even if you have never before heard Olexiy Bogolyubov. And if you have already had the chance, it will a priori be interesting to listen. Internal harmony, balance both of each play and of the disc as a whole – pleasantly delights. "My "Cool & Crazy" World" is a beautiful, diversified work, in which Bogolyubov demonstrated himself well both as the performer, and as the composer.
