Olexandr Bilash. Dva kol'ory. (Two Colors)

Among creative experience of Olexander Bilash – music for films, theater, piano concerts, operettas, two operas and mono-operas, symphonic pieces. But all the same above all things, maybe, it is due to songs that he became famous. Look at the list – the overwhelming majority of these songs have long ago already become a part of the gold fund of Ukrainian culture, many of them are perceived as folk ones. But in the actual fact the author of music for these songs was Olexander Bilash – and, consequently, his composer talent does not require any additional confirmations. Only a person with a great talent is able to create songs that become folk ones – at that, during his/her lifetime. Thus, there is a pleasant trip in store for – the more so that a high level of the performers represented here also causes no doubts. Each of them is a separate bright star on the sky of Ukrainian variety art, and not a single extra meeting with these talents is superfluous.
