Band of Evgeniy Pugachev (or New Jazz Project) - is a young jazz group, which includes prominent muisicions of Kharkov.
They play original music. Probably not for nothing that the creator of the jazz band, New Jazz Project has such a famous surname. Looking at his colorful musical career and excellent organizational skills is clearly seen that there is in him something common for all the famous Pugachevs.
The music of New Jazz Project can hear echoes of European jazz, Afro-Cuban rhythms and swing. Musicians have come up with a term - "Color jazz. Ie bright jazz with a variety of hues. Because of this, according to the audience from the concert are very light impressions. In many ways, the brightness is created by a custom combination of harmonica and pipes. By the way, a team member, Denis Morozov, is considered one of the best musician in the Ukraine, who managed to skillfully master the difficult instrument - the chromatic harmonica.

Chromatic harmonic allow you to retrieve all 12 notes in the octave (including halftones). Bellows of this type is actually composed of 2 harmonics in one case. Switching between them and extracting halftones achieved by using special radio button - the slider, one of the sides of the instrument.
Musicians just recently started playing together, but in November thay begun recording their first album.

Sergei Balalaev - drums. The band SunSay, Acoustic Quartet.
Dmitry Bondarev - trumpet. The band Acoustic Quartet, Jazz Gangstream Band, Vzblatnulos (draft Sergei Babkin). Collaborating with Anna Tchaikovsky and Sergei Davydov.
Nov. 9 New Jazz Project will perform for the first time in Kyiv.
