Incredible – Drevo will soon have their 30^th anniversary already... For a person it is a bloom of forces, or more precisely – literally a step away from the very juice, the age in the eve of the first real maturity. It appears that this observation can be true for music groups as well – at least, for those who practice music maximally close to natural rhythms, cycles. Well, and Drevo, no doubt, is one of the best of them – and here the thing is not only experience, although it also matters. But everything would be absolutely different if participants of Drevo did not manage to preserve till this day sincerity of feeling, the ability to feel joy and to discover, and it means – to create. Then there would be the technique only, though the virtuoso one. But they have managed – and that is why freshness, some real force in which millennial wisdom and today's youth interlace, sound in the album. One listens to this singing – and each time gets surprised at how it is able to do sorcery, to answer, wash off the superfluous, take away with its lines... Due to mastery of groups similar to Drevo, rural music of Ukrainians is not perceived today as something out-of-date, primitive. The other way round, beauty and depth of such music becomes interesting, clear for those who... for us. And this is great.
