"...if in the Upper City, going past a former house for lease with the door not yet locked with a code lock, you follow an insuperable desire and necessarily drop into its lobby just in order to remember the odor of an old house and... your childhood, and stepping down streets of the Eternal City, always raise your head to once again see the unique Kyiv chimeras on the narrow Velyka Zhytomyrska, the growling lion on the falling Honchara, winged monkeys on the favorite Yaroslaviv Val or griffins on the strict Instytutska, and when Kyiv May wind on Andriivsky Uzviz touches your hair with the intoxicating aroma of acacias in blossom, you, always hurrying for your endless appointments, only with the corners of your eyes smile exactly at it, and your soul will grow quiet, and – it will suddenly seem that one of the sun plashes with which palms of Kyiv chestnuts and maples play, in an incomprehensible way appeared inside, and an inexplicable pinching feeling of happiness fills you with sun and light – it means that all through the eleven years we did this project exactly for you,

and also – for those who will definitely come to love our City, which the great Master inscribed into the Eternity with the capital letter forever..."
