TIK. tyKhYJ. (Silent)

Only a little more than a year has passed since TIK arranged the positive explosion with their debut album, whereupon it had a very dense performances agenda all over the country – fast and practically nation-wide popularity came. But at that, strangely enough, the group also found time for working on new material – and, judging by the quality of the new album, it regarded this work attentively, responsibly. You should agree that few are capable of this. Consequently, the crisis of the second album has pass successfully – and was it ever there? The first thing that strikes one's eye is the change of the general mood. The first disc was saturated with positive, smiling – but sadness. The second disc is quite a different thing. "You love brandy cola, and I love wine, and it means that we won't be together anyway"... As to the texts: here, even if there is sadness, it is successfully disguised with a smile so wide that behind it only thirty-two teeth are noticeable able to crack any problems as if "sunflower seeds". Although... It is nice to see that the new songs also contain enough of lines that have all chances for becoming a part of colloquial folklore. In relation to music: it has changed as well. It has become more saturated, multi-layered, enriched with expressive but unobtrusive electronic stuffing. As a result, each track sounds volumetric, bright, sunny – it is not by chance that the polygraph is decorated with a great number of sunflowers. The album laughs and smiles so that it is impossible to hide a smile in reply.
