The first thing you immediately notice is that this album of Erko’s differs from his other albums by its sound, which (especially the first track) this time acquires some features of jazz, but still remaining la chanson. And though there is no black grand piano here, you still feel its presence and see a ballroom pianist at it, a smoky small hall, tired pairs slowly dancing among the tables, and suddenly something rushes through the air and a melody sounds, and it is as quick as a small spring, and your tiredness disappears somewhere, and the pairs are dancing more energetically now. And the same way, through the whole album, light and pellucid spirits change one another, and when this music is over, this light and exultant spirits remain, and you have the feeling that everything will be very nice.
