Assia Akhat. Dusha bolela.

This new album of Assiya Akhat is a light and pellucid greeting, so it is not without reason that the colour of the album cover is pearly (at least, personally for me it seems to be pearly). You see, though the songs are saturated with quite brisk rhythms, still when a tender and gentle voice of the singer sounds, simple white melodies reveal themselves, so that the image of a violin appears in your imagination. This is the image of the violin, which sometimes is blustery, sometimes is sonorous and sometimes is sad. The album has neither technical load nor excessive complexity, and it is only for good. It is easy to be listened to, it is easy to be perceived, and even more, there are no problems with entering this space, with being, moving and breathing in it and with it. It relaxes you and makes you calm. With its gentle and hardly perceptible strokes, this music opens windows, one by one, and all you need is to hold up your face to the wind. That’s all.
