Yavir quartet. Yavir quartet singing.

This group has been existing for more than 40 years, but the time has not conquered it. You will understand why when you hear how tender and, at the same time, powerful these voices sound. It seems as if with their sounding they created, cultivated and raised a branchy tree. One of those, which stands somewhere on the hill or in the field – lonely, but still respective, strong, able to give shelter and coziness to more than one person, to more than one bird. The wind talks with such trees without hindrance. Such trees have deep talks with people. Not in vain they have such a name – “Yavir” (“Sycamore”). A strong tree, beautiful and high. Frankly speaking, it is difficult even to imagine that these are not already young people who sing in this group, as their voices are so clear, and so warm. Undoubtedly, the skill makes itself felt. Without accompaniment, accompanied with orchestra – in both cases they sing equally well. As everybody knows, time elapses very quickly, but it seems to pass by them.
