Men's Folk Choir "Chumaky". Pyty chy ne pyty? (To drink or not to drink?)

The name of the collection from the very beginning makes it clear that its mood is not really serious. But – it has gathered under the same roof very serious performers. Make sure yourself – the man's folk chorus "Chumaky", the group "Ridna Pisnja", the trio "Zoloti Kljuchi", the group "Trojan’", Nyna Matvienko and Olesya Charivna. Looks more than convincing – and convinces from the first seconds. So, the great masters of singing sound here, and the further, the less irony you find here – the depth of both the themes and the very performance become greater. Take only "Chervona Ruzha Troyaka", it at once changes one’s mood, brings to the surface such aspects of life that one no longer laughs – but meditates. And thus with the first song one wants to raise the glass, and with the following – one want to forget about the glass forever. If one does not know the limit – it’s a shame, guys, people suffer... and if one does know it – that is an absolutely different thing, here one can dance a bit and joke a bit. So, different songs sound here, for different moods. But I am sure that they would not be even half that convincing unless the force of performance – and some songs really fascinate, that is how they sing them. Such discs as this should not miss your attention – they are too strong to remain unnoticed.
