There exists the idea that Ukrainians like not simply to eat fat, but to eat in general. It turns out to be the truth. It is also rumoured that Ukrainians like to drink, and it turns out to be the truth as well. Moreover, Ukrainians like to sing, which is also the truth, and this truth is much more important than the first ones, as a song is a thought. Isn't it the reason why during even the merriest party, sooner or later, there comes the point when somebody strikes up a song, which is not merry at all? A song, which makes you reflect on many important things - may be, on your destiny, or the sense of life in general. These songs are also referred to drinking songs and there are no less of them than of those, which are merry and cheeky. As for me, it is good. I think, every joy is saddened with a drop of sorrow, while every sadness has some wave of gladness somewhere deeply inside of it. May be, it must be like that, it must take turns till you understand that there is no real division into good things and bad things - in any case, final division, which is independent of the time flow. At least, in this life. It is well known that for every person several exclusions exist - you can't do without them. Saying all that, I mean that drinking songs recorded at this disc are not for legs, which want to dance, but for hearts, which are not lazy to reflect on their life.

Prvú časť "Українські застольні пісні" som si kúpil asi pred dvoma rokmi v Kyjeve a bol som nadšený - hlavne prevedením, pretože texty a melódie piesni sú samozrejme dobre známe aj u nás medzi rusínmi Slovenska. Aj keď "застольні пісні" naspievali viacerí interpréti mal som eminentný záujem práve o CD od skupiny "Експрес". Vďaka ústretovosti a ochote kolektívu UMKA sa dnes môžme tešiť pri počúvaní týchto fantastických melódii. Vďaka

Прекрасный вокал,замечательные аранжировки. Впрочем как и все,что делает гурт Экспресс.У меня есть все 3 диска и,слушая их я постоянно получаю удовольствие. А уж про чувство ностальгии я уж и не говорю.

Всем большой привет.
Первую часть этого диска я приобрела в Украине два года назад, по этому не задумываясь заказала вторую его часть, так как первый диск был просто суперский. И не ошиблась. Исполнение песен просто потрясающее - мурашки по коже "бегают". Единственное, что не очень понравилось, это обработка песни "Мiсяць на небi". Это любимая песня моей бабушки и я слышала ее в более интересной интерпретации. Но это конечно сугубо мое мнение. Все мои близкие родом с Украины и я часто туда приезжаю. Украинаская народная песня-это такая душевность, ласковость и нежность, что просто иногда слезы наворачиваются, а иногда наоборот радость через край. Процветания и благополучия моей Родной Украине! Большое спасибо УМКЕ, что он есть. Теперь и в России можно приобрести такие шикарные диски.

"Стол № 2" оправдывает ожидание сюрприза в полной мере. Не только воспоминания, но и надежды на лучшее пробуждаются в свете яркого солнца и серебристого месяца. Вот, к примеру, № 13 - ощущение праздника, настолько совершенная интерпретация песни, что из № 13 могло бы вырасти более расширенное музыкально-сценическое действо. №№ 9, 12 - на редкость приятные аранжировки. № 10 - некоторый драматизм и певучее, мелодичное воплощение. № 7 - почему-то именно в этом исполнении песня, её текст напомнили известную реальную историю, сравнительно недавно происходившую на берегах Тясмина. № 14 - это исполнение нравится мне куда больше, чем классическое. Настоящий запорожский гимн "товариству". Да собственно, что ни возьми - выраженная индивидуальность, но вместе песни составляют прекрасное целое.

The best CD of Ukrainian music I've heard in a long time. If you want to hear Ukrainian music like it should be, listen to this CD. The first track, "Time Flows Like A River?" really got my attention. I don't want to hear Americanized/Ukrainian music, I hear enuff of that now. So I would highly recommend this CD to bring back memories of Ukraine. And if you are a drinking man, you will have a couple of drinks, no question.

Expres's two discs are great collections of traditional Ukrainian songs. The singing performance is excellent and the production is clear sounding. They dont fool around, they deliver. I just wish there would have been more traditional instruments in the arrangement wich would have added more richness and variation to the sound. Nevertheless, this is great folk zabava with all the warmth and emotion of Ukrainian culture. The first disc is my favourite, but get both. Slava Ukrajini!

Замовив обидві частини "Українських застольних пісень" і не жалію. Дуже гарна музика, дуже гарне виконання ... Слухаю під час роботи на компютері, практично не виймаючи дисків з СіДі-приводів. Всім рекомендую скористатися нагодою та замовити!

Все привет.
очень странно, что на этот диск еще нет откликов. наверное, мало кто о нем знает. Я часто посещаю ваш сайт, и всегда нахожу для себя какие-нибудь интересные новинки. вот и в этот раз, обнаружила эту новинку. Я сама родом из Прикарпатья, а точнее с Косовщины, Ивано-Франковской области. Это музыка моего народа, которая всегда во мне. недавно со мной произошла такая история. Стою в очереди на мойку, в машине у меня играет диск Затольни 1. За мной стоит Лексус, водитель которого вышел из машины и спросил , где можно купить такой диск. Оказался парнем из наших мест. Говорит, что ищет в москве давно что-то наподобии, но ничего такого нет (чему я и не удивляюсь). Пришлось помочь земляку, дать ваш адрес. Возможно, уже получил.
Вот как бывает.
