ILya Alabuzhev – the debut!

ILya Alabuzhev (bass guitar, contrabass) is not just a good jazz musician. He, in our opinion, is a very talented jazz composer with a pleasantly deep vision of the music space. And it is already not the first year when we track his performances, development of his music ideas – because we consider ILya Alabuzhev one of the most interesting representatives of the young generation of the Ukrainian jazz. Actually, it seems to us that he is one of those Ukrainian musicians who are able to become a real star of the modern improvisation music. Because in his hands the musical matter is no longer an abstract idea – it turns alive...

For this reason, UMKA store assists ILya in releasing the debut album "Recovery". And we are sure that this first album of his will bring joy not only to friends but also – just to all those who are interested in the modern European jazz.
