Evshanzillya 2. Rock Collection 2008.

It would be possible to say that not the only but one of important characteristics of this collection is a special culture within – such that results in writing ambiguous texts. Such that results in searching for not quite trodden roads in creation of music. It is not a grand total, because there are exception here as well – examples of internal culture of somewhat different bottling. Nevertheless. Somehow it has become traditional that Ukrainian rock collections are most frequently oriented in two basic directions. Either this is pop-rock or groups that play heavy and superheavy, alternative rock. A sort of two extreme points. But today – we have the opportunity to hear some of that extensive variety that lives and sounds in the wide field between the abovementioned extreme points. Approximately a half of the groups represented here do not yet have official releases, and that is why it is not that easy to hear their high-quality recordings. The other half – they already have released albums, but not all of the songs that appear in the collection can be found on these albums. Maybe, this will already happen with their next releases. In any case, there are enough of bright faces and bright songs. Absolutely different, and variously but talented – as it must be. And that everybody will find his/her grateful audience – that is for sure.
