Quite soon after the first album, "Boombox" is launching the second one – and it is evident at once that the guys are quickly becoming adult. First, we remember, it was a sort of boyish positive thing, very emotional. Now – the positive is quiet, the optimism of people confident in what they do. I do not know what exactly influenced the group, but I no doubt like the direction of changes and the today’s result. Here, there is simplicity that has nothing in common with primitivism. Here, there is young but not blind energy – and it makes significant, purposeful steps. And you, the listener, walk hand in hand with it. Because there is accuracy of music solutions – and it means that you at once notice what you are listening to. However, the ease, elatedness that were inherent in music by "Boombox" from the very beginning have not disappeared anywhere now as well. It is, actually, a positive quality – to be able to speak about serious things easily and simply, not to chase oneself into corners. And difference of this music from usual pop lies somewhere there. Fashionable, but not luscious and sweet sounding – plus not empty texts – plus not a plastic smile.

Oratania herself names her own musical style pazitiff rock – well, and others, mainly, determine it as pop-hardcore. Actually, that's somewhere there – in particular, because the texts of the group's opuses in no way fit serious attitude. The pink refrigerator, spiritsman, cop girlie – well, is it really possible with such song protagonists expect a reaction without a smile? Oratania does not expect that.

The main thing is to create high-quality music and to maximally enjoy the very process. They do succeed in that. Both in texts, and in music by the group, it is possible to hear sincerity without glossy sugar – nevertheless, externally everything sounds easily and naturally. Valery Harchyshyn had an opportunity to acquire a refreshed look at life and its values, at creativity and its content – and he did make the best of this opportunity. Наверно большинство не слушали ничего кроме: "Квіти в волоссі" и "Вахтёрам"... А ведь ещё столько прекрасных песен, например таких как: "E-Mail", "Бета-каротин", "Одна, "Ким ми були", "немаэ причин"...
Вообще, народ, розшыряйте кругозор.
В текстах почти кождой песни спрятан контекст, присутствует игра слов - вообщем это просто Супер-пупер!!! Бумбокс - рулит!!!

Отличный альбом!
В России, понятно, альбом не смогла найти (опять спасибо Умке) но, что больше всего удивило, что через пару дней после того, как получила посылку, услышала песню "Вахтёрам" на каком-то российском радио, и ушам своим не поверила. Вот так бывает!
Очень хочется и первый альбом послушать.
И ещё, до сих пор жалею, что не состоялся концерт в декабре 2005 года в Питере. Ну ничего, всё ещё впереди!
