This is already the second collection of the best Ukrainian ballads – and it is a really qualitative, very well compiled disk. In its place it is, still, the best one. It really represents the best, brightest groups and performers in very different styles – hip-hop, folk-rock, reggae, neo-folk, hard-blues, acid-jazz, pure rock, romantic pop, trance... uh... and that is not yet everything – one’s eyes get lost, there is a very wide choice of pleasant meetings. The fact that not all of performers represented here are now widely known is a temporary and fleeting thing. One should not doubt it, as it is evident that nobody lacks talents here – this just brims over. So, if there are unfamiliar names – do not miss the opportunity of the first acquaintance. I as sure that you will want to prolong this first acquaintance, as well as to develop old ones. Actually, I think that this release pursues two goals. One – to enable you to spend time as pleasantly as possible in the company of cool music. Well, and the second – to attract attention to separate achievements of performers represented here. And it seems to me that the both goals are achieved to one hundred percent.
