Honestly speaking, first I perceived the name of this disc quite skeptically – though with a smile, of course. And even the musicians' explanations of the sort that their were really inspired for releasing this disc by drivers – in particular, long-distance truckers – somehow did not seem very convincing. But I played it – and every new track convinced me more and more that the name of this compiling really absolutely corresponds to its contents. I do not even mean the songs lyrics – that is already a matter of taste, because thoughts and moods here are really represented very extensively. From the patriotic banter "Buy the Ukrainian!", the light "Jamaica" – to the lyrical "Cellular Love", and the even the deeper – up to soft "Quiet-Quiet"... Thus, various songs are collected here, from various albums – but in some surprising way all that together sounds very integral, harmonious, truly appropriate. That is, the disc has two very important features. First – it is very energetic, saturated, as well as any album by Tartak. Second – in its sounding there is absolutely no aggression, inflexibility, tension. Conclusion: "For Those On the Way" can really become a great present for all those who push the steering wheel. It will cheer up, will not let them fall asleep – and will not strain, will not result in driving nervously.

No old definitions will match here, because "Tartak" in this disk make both something new for themselves, and not quite usual for Ukrainian scene. Persistent lyricism, angry tenderness, complaisant straightforwardness, hard mildness – I do not know how to hint otherwise...

"Tartak" is now, presumably, one of the most energetic Ukrainian projects – in the both senses. Both in musical one, because this semi-crazy fest of motion and rhythm started a few years ago and lasts until now, not losing its intensity. And – in the sense of recording.

Sashko Polozhinskyi, the group’s frontman, once called himself a tender “hooligan”, if I am not mistaken. The same epithet may be applied to the art of the group “Tartak” in general, because notwithstanding a powerful energy explosive, peculiar practically for their every composition, this music is not aggressive.

Все вірно.
Але сенс, який вкладають у ті самі слова виконавець і слухач - співпадають не так вже й часто) Він відповідає за те, що каже - ти відповідаєш за те, що чуєш. Одночасно, але кожен окремо. Зрештою, якщо людина хоче, щоб ніхто ніколи не зрозумів її слова невірно - має мовчати. Щоправда, хтось може невірно зрозуміти і мовчання..))

"Негр" і "ніггер" звучать подібно. Людина, яка не волдіє українською, не розрізнить. І ви потім довго пояснюватимете, що ви не "верблюд".
А щодо змісту окремих пісень, то диявол саме в деталях. І справа дійсно не в словах, але і не в настрої яий виражає тембр голосу і інтонація, якими їх промовлено; а в сенсі, який в них закладено. Бо і людину можна вбити з чарівною посмішкою на обличчі.

Доволі складне питання, так. Але:
по-перше - в нашій анотації йшлося про звучання платівки в цілому, а не про звучання окремих фраз в окремих піснях. Це ж бо не нові пісні, тому обговорювати їхній зміст в анотації не мало сенсу
по-друге - образливим, скоріше, слід вважати слово "нігер", бо саме так і саме з образливим сенсом це слово звучить англійською. Слово ж "негр" - однокорінне зі словом "негроїд", від терміну "негроїдна раса", тобто, буквально, "чорна раса", і несе початково не більше образи, ніж будь-яке інше. Але постає питання - наскільки культурною є людина, яка слово промовляє. Коли дитина бачить чорношкірого юнака на вулиці і, тикаючи пальцем, кричить: "Мамо, дивись, негр!" - це, як мінімум, дещо говорить про культуру батьків..
Це до того, що справа не стільки у словах, скільки у способах їхнього використання. Словом "чайник" теж можна, за бажання, образити..

Ага, особливо в звучанні фрази "негри бородаті". Для пояснення: на назву "жид" наші євреї ображаються (незважаючи на те що це слово значить "єврей" в угорській і польскій мовах, наскільки мені відомо), так само і африканці в усьому світі ображаються на слово "негр", хоча воно просто значить чорний; але так вже склалось.
