Everyone who has heard, for example, Duke Ellington, knows for sure what cool jazz is. In the same way, everyone who listens to music by Igor Zakus knows precisely what warm jazz is. However, nothing strange, as Igor himself is a very warm, cheerful person, and in his music this cheerful warmth is revealed through many aspects. And the first of them, clear, is the bass – currently, Zakus has actually no competitors in Ukraine. And the thing is not only professionalism. Listen how soft but bright the instrument sounds in his hands, how much of his sincere heart is given to it – you can hardly mix this handwriting with anything else. I am sure – even if only the bass by Igor Zakus sounded on the disc, it would be a rich, varied jazz album. But a warm person always shares the warmth hospitably and is not afraid to freeze, and this bass – it is not afraid to get lost among the other instruments. That's fair. Thus, in the new work by Zakus as well, we, already traditionally, will hear a whole constellation of the best Ukrainian jazzmen. We will hear – and it will clear our heart. And henceforth the total sum of warmth will unequivocally become larger than before. And let it not stop in its growth, because you never have too much love in this world. Вражений музичною думкою Ігора! Слухаю його роботу і розумію - скоро буде інший альбом, і він буде знову іншим (в хорошому розумінні цього слова). Я дивуюсь різнобарвності, яка виражена в двох різних альбомах. І просто цікаво - а чим Ігор ще порадує?
Величезна вдяка за прекрасну музику і професійну роботу всіх музикантів - чекаєм на продовження.

І "Знову під враженням"! Всі бажаючі вже були "Під враженням" від "Присвят", а Закус не втомлюється вражати.
Таке враження, що Ігор Закус був усюди: літав у космос із собакою Родіона Іванова, допомагав розфарбовувати світ Наталії Лебедевій, купував усі можливі бас-гітари (а на безладові сам чипляв лади), писав присвяти всім друзям, знайомим і улюбленим радіопередачам, а в перервах трохи заробляв на "Віа Грі". Олексій Коган жартома навіть включив його в акомпануючий склад Стінга.
Завдяки своїй музичній обізнаності Ігор - чудовий гід. Тож, якщо хочете побувати там, де був Закус, вимкніть світло, увімкніть свій "старенький патефон", візьміть пляшку пива (або не-пива) і в темряві помацайте по столу - десь тут був закус.
Окрема подяка Умці за оперативність.
